i was so paranoid and bad-tempered last few days coz of stress i gueesss. lack of sleep oso.even if i sleep i cant sleep well..
everything almost drove mi crazy.
now that it's over,i m kinda relieved.but it will start again next week.chem test maths test.this battle is never ending.

i feel pressurised during training.i m dreading A div.willl i be in the team not?i dun think i will be able to take the stress.haven been on form recently.i guess no one will be there for mi.everyone will be busy.who give a damn about mi?lol

i really hope that i can get over the matter.what's most impt is not to think so much bah. my thoughts always run wild.cant control.

i had competition at tiong bahru CC this morning!when i reached theeree,the uncle told us yi hui and mi were from diff team.i was like so shockedd =O in fact,i felt cheated.i dunnno anyone from my team and the fact that they are powerrfull made mi more scared and stressed.

we changed into diff jersey.my jersey's colour is like so sulky.it made mi loook like an auntie.i had no choice but to wear!=X oh well.

in the morning,i went to tiong CC with simeeen.played ping ppong with her and the ah ppeis there!it was a fruitfull and enjoyable training! all of them seemed to dislike one old uncle.he taught mi skilllss.the other uncle like disagreed with him so there's a kinda heated argument betweeen them!while i wait and looooked at them blankly!i played with two uncleess!one win one lose!one of the uncles is 62yrs old,he told us that he played for 43 years! according to him,loong long time ago,he bought his bat for $6.50.can u believe it!? in fact,mi and sm were stunnned!i think my current bat cost 65 dolllllars!he has 40 yrs of experience more than mi!XD

i gained quite a lot!!! =DD he oso badmouthed about my long pimples! hahhah!he's a kind and healthy old man who doesnt loook like his age!!!!hahaha!he's like a naggy father! he warned us about where we should place our bags to prevent theft!he's concerned for us though we barely knew each other! =) so nice! =)

SHANGHAI TRIP

1st day...

flying.

i got off the plane!it was my first time riding in an aeroplane!cool!

MY beloved room mate!!!!=D

we went to the hotel.the roooom wasnt as bad as we thought but there was no fridge and wardrobe.Next,we had lunch at the restaurant,VIP rooom.the food sucks.

we had TRAINING!The instructor was frieennnddllyy!we could not understand what exactly she was saying.her han yu pin ying is diff from us!we like to imitate her!XP.though the pri sku kids are small in size,they are very skilful.i felt quite lousy.when we play shengjiang competition,we were all at the last few tables!!BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Then we were told that PT is DUCK-WALKING.DOOMED.we were suffering miserably while they were like doing it so Easily.how disgracing!hahaa.Afterwards,we walked to the stadium to run!at five plus 6,the Sun went to bed and the sky turned dark.they so giam siap de,never switch off the lights in the school.it was pitch dark.had a hard time finding the toilet!

2nd day...

had breakfast at the hotel.the meat in the pau is so little!

-morning training- 9 to 11

only us without the shanghai children.we played multi ball and trained our sevice.the multi-ball was tiring,perhaps due to our severely aching thigh muscles.my coach did not utter a word.lols.

-afternooon trg- 2.30 to 5.30

shortly after the rest in the hotel,we were back to the school for the second training for the day..had shengjiang comp.i finally got an opportunity to compete with the kids there.i played with this boy twice.one win,one lose.i was contented and somehow i fel a sense of satisfaction..

the pt that we all had dreaded had eventually come.FROGJUMP!it was different from our usual frog-jumping so we anyhow jump.we have to do 6 SETS.we wwent to the stadium again,i ran 2 rounds!=( my muscleache deterioriated.

terrible muscleache!!!

No shopping coz we were dead beat.AHAHA!i alredi missed my mum!

3rd day...

-morning training-

multi-ballllllll..the routine was the same everyday.it was more tiring than yest.the coach oso gathered us to correct our action one by one.the ball picking part was agonising.we could not bend our knees,muscle painful like mad.

-afternoon training-

two boys trained with mi and meixian.one of them was CUTIE! it was quite fun.Next,we had shengjiang.by then,i really had no energy to play.my legs were stiff and i could not concentrate.as a result,i played lousily.we didnt do PT,jus 15 push-up and sit-ups.

i m envious of their damn fit body and TT skills.all of them were very much enthusiastic about table tennis.in addition,they possessed strong fighting spirit.i wanna learn from them!!!!

4th day...

WOOOOHOOOOOOO!HWEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! NO TRAINING.however,we still had to wake up early for breakfast.we proceeded to the school to watch the competition.

the games were fairly exciting.all of them were veri absorbed in their match.they were not complacent when they were on the lead and they continued to fight for victory.i admired their attitude and skills =)

to prevent pickpocket X) HAHAHHA!

we headed to jin pu road.i nv buy anything there.we went to nanjin road and cheng huang meow as well.i bought an adidas bagpack,lolipops and peanuts products.then,we ate xiao long bao.

Last of all,we arrived at the oriental pearl tower.according to Mr phua,it's the trademark of shanghai.we didnt go inside the tower.it looks beautiful from the ooutside.

after sight-seeing and staying in shanghai for few days,my impression of shanghai is bad bad bad!

-kids,guys pee anywhere openly in the public.eeeeks

-they bump into people without apologising!ROAR.

-they are litters everywhere.incosiderate.the environment is horrendous.

-ZEBRA-CROSSING ISNT ZEBRA-CROSSING!u watch out for cars instead of the other way round.

i saw one incident which really bothered mi.there was this guy riding a bicycle.he ran over a small boy.the poor little boy fell down and the guy still scolded him!SO mean and selfish of him!=(

5th day...

-morning training-

multi-ball was enjoyable.Tigger trained us again.he TALKED to us.i think he really gave good advice.Most importantly,he's patient =)

-afternoon trg-

we had another multi ball session,mine was given by the most senior coach!=D the speed of the balls he gave was relatively fast.Morever,there were only two person taken by him,shu juan & mi.OMG,i couldnt afford to rest while my partner was playing.i ran around like a crazy woman to pick up the balls.i perspired a lot!

everything ended!i love both coaches for the day.

SHOPPING time!i bought a pair of shoes for my mum from qiao dan!she loves it =D

6th day...

Tigger,multiball,mi,yo and simin.same procedure as the previous trainings!

Tigger seems to like carmel a lot,kept asking about her!LOLS

btween the morning trg and afternoon trg.Instead of going back to the hotel for resting,we went to the shopping mall where mi,simin and yolanda bought a windbreaker for tigger.he trained us four times or more!this gift was to repay him!=D

i didnt realli like the coach for the afernoon trg.he like nv put in effort to teach us.yi hui and mi were quite irritated by him.then,the three of us handed the windbreaker to tigger.at first,he was paiseh to receive!lollll!my teammates and i distributed snacks to them since we had to leave the next day =( haiz.

a trip to nanjin road by the MRT again.nth much happened coz we have little time to SHOP!

i m her 101th wife!LOLS!

7Th day...
last training..everybody was quite sadddened by the fact that we needa leave shanghai in the afternoon.!tigger was really damn nice.Oh well,all good things come to an end.the Zhao coach hugged every single one of us tightly!it was so wen nuan.

we didnt even see the kids for one last time and we were brought to this stupid restaurant to have our last meal in shanghai.

even though we were there for only one weeek,friendship was built up and i had developed some feelings for the training ground.we all couldnt bear to leave. =(

lala.lemme describe how ill i was yesterday.
i woke up at two plus,vomitted 7 times.went back to sleep at ard 4AM.at 6AM,i had diarrhoea.
it's food poisoning i supppose.when i woke up at nine,i felt feeble and feverish.i tot i was able to attend training.but i found out that i really had fever!so i skipped training!i slept the whole afternnooon.the highest temp. that i reached is 39.5.visited the doc.!for this month,i'd spent $22o on my medical stuff!wasted so much money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lols!i oso lost my appetite these two days.i hope i'll BE fine by tomorro cause got class chalet!!!=)

mi and sm went for backbone and jaws check-ups respectively..we had been diagnosed with cancer.it's the second stage.the tumors that are constantly growing,are as big as simin's head!unfortunately,i have a shorter life span than SIMin.i have got only25 more days to live.so pls do something meaningfully for mi on 18 july.HAHA! HWEE! =/

Simin YEa.she'S my friend.she knew my THoughts after one glance. =) and oso someone who often curve my lips into a beautiful semi-circle.

LIfe's frail.u may jus suffer from spinocerebelum degeneraion and die.that girl couldnt speak.neither could she do something physical when she wanted to.furthermore,she's a basketballer.the disease took efFect gradually and it didnt attack the mind..cculdt walk properly,wheelchair-bound and eventuallly bedridden.HOW sad..oh man.i watched this show.and IT"S A true story.

i GOT to play with the sec ones! WOWW! i love my beloved JUNIORS! =)
only enjoyyyed these few hours bonding with them while the rest of the sec 3s andsec4s went for night cycling.

we oso went to white sands or watsoever to grab a bit coz the chalet was foodless except for the chips and all..food and drinks weere COnsumed at a stunnnning speed man!! duno why.ahah!
ON the way to the mall,i left my phone in the bus..yi hui kept on calling my phone but nobody answered.i was realli calm!hahahahhahahah!in the end,a lady contacted yihui!subseqquently,i retrieved my phone from her!!!happppy ending!!!

i m goingg back to the chalet tonight!!

training sucks.hell.little did i expect that we had to run 7 rounds after a kind of long break!WTH.i dun like her.i miss kuan kuan!!he will not let us run so many rounddss!!!only after we more or less get back our stamina,then he will increase the no. of rounds.he's more thoughtful..ROAARR.she compared mi to the sec ones.lol.i noe my stamina cannot make it coz i've got fat and heavy thighs.oh ohh oh well..there's nth much that i can do yea.so i'lll try my best to build up my stamina.training ended and i was in a really foul mood.i intended to join shella and people for dinner at esplanade but i was like so emo and beat.so..i didnt meet themmm.siannnn.thusss i oso didnt give her the present that we'd bought for her...

camp is over!
i jus read didi's blog.he blogged everything that had happened during the camp.it was an interesting post!:D pro sia!

FIRST DAY
reported to sku.boarded the train.it was realli so uncomfortable.i kept changing my sleeping position.haha.

SECOND DAY
we explored the three caves.boring.my head banged against the rocky roof and sprang back. ouchouch.

THIRD DAY
canopy walk.found out that i ws not afraid of heights.i looked down at all the trees.but i screamed when i heard the wong wong sound made by a bee.haha.

ear cave exploration.i dreaded it at firST.the trainer told us that we will go in white,come out black.but in the end,i decided to tag along!.we climbed,slided,squeeezed through it.didi helped the gurls.so so so kind of him. ;) he got hit by the cutecute bat! LAUGH MY ASSS OFF.who ask him to be so tall.wahaah.

FOURTH DAY
i was realyy scared of flying foxxxx.UH hUH.so i went down with yolanda!haha. EEEE. realllised that it's nth lor.the speed that we were going was slow.LOL.river crossing was boring.

then,we had to build up our water confidence.there were three elements.

-river floating or something like that is a a little stupid.
-rapid jumping.my kneee knocked onto the rock and got orh chei.
-boat capsizing.my nose swalowed some water.

WE were all ready for the white water rafting.tiring and fun.we kept on paddling till we reached the destination.

at night,the rain started to pour.er.camp fire was cancelled.sadxx. honey lost her phone. hopefully,it's in one of our bags.zzz

FIFTH DAY
arrived at the tanjong pagar train station at 3pm.then home,ate and nap.

i m falling ill.haaha.lack of sleep and heaty loR.almost every meal had curry chicken.haiyO..
luckily,i got only one minor scratch and the orh chei=) hehe.
karen said we will missss pahang after returning. INdeed,i m beginning to miss pahang and living with my seven other classsmates.loveSloves.

i jus hate myself for being so indecisive ccaann.for history or SS.we r supposd to choose one out of two chapters.i Dun noe which chpter i m better at.wat if the first question from the chapter that im confident of is more difficult than the othER.somebody told mi to concentrate on mugging one chapter that i m better at.but the thing is i have no idea!due to my fickle-mindedness,i decided to mug two chap.in this way,i have to made up my mind upon seeing the question.HOWEVER,i'll be wasting my precious time.moreever,i'll be spending quite a lot of time doing ONE pathetic part of the question.theduration is only bloody 45 mins!i CANt thnk fast coz i M stupid!im so so gonna die!

mm.!for history lessons,we watched the rise of hitler and evil in germany.it was kind of complicateed,we got quite confused!haha.and we all thought that he was totally insane la.his behaviours,beliefs and everything!the middle part of the movie was extremely boring!haa!!!this show lastedfor like three hours plus!!!ZZZZ!

HOW i wish we can watch more interesting historical movies in the future!i would prefer learning in the air-conditioned AVA room than listening to the teachers talk crap in class!=D
